A fair interest is an event similar to a science week usually held by a school that involves a bunch of corrugated cardboard boards in which students put information about their favorite topics or hobbies. Initially they should also write a short paper. Unlike science fair, it has a competitive and non-competitive element.

The flower exhibition comes from Columbus, Ohio at St. Joseph Montessori. It was created as an alternative to science because they wanted more flexibility. They want to focus on the students. When they do, they invite students aged 6 to 14 to do the flower show, but require older students to do so. Students are assessed and should inform visitors about their Fair Fair board.
Evolution of the Fair
Over time, the idea has evolved, and it has evolved among schools, so it has been seen in many variations. In some schools, competitive elements are completely removed, so there is no judge. On the other hand, only the upper class can participate. In some places students do not need to discuss their topic with visitors. Sometimes students have to write papers. The project may be optional or necessary. Rubrics are almost always used.
