ireland
Phone numbers in Ireland are part of an open numbering plan with varying numbers of numbers. The area code system is similar to some other northern European countries. Russian
Russia has an open numbering plan with a 10 digit phone number. The bar prefix is ​​ 8 (or 8 ~ CC when using an alternate operator, where CC is 21-23, 52-55). Landline phone
Landline phone numbers are usually written as: 0XX-XXX-XXXX or (0XX) XXX-XXXX where 0XX shows the area code. (0XX) XXX-XXX and 0XX XXX XXXX (without hyphens) can be understood as well. Area codes may be two digits long for some cities like Seoul and Gwacheon (interestingly, both cities use the same area code) and three digits for other cities like Incheon, Busan and most cities in Gyeonggi-do. The middle three-digit portion extended to four digits in many areas due to the increasing number of phone users.
In an international context, 82 0XX-XXX-XXXX is also commonly used. For international calls, the "0" in the area code is often omitted, since there is no need to call 0 from abroad. Therefore, it should be written as: 82- (0) XX-XXX-XXXX or 82- (0) XX-XXXX-XXXX The plus sign () is frequently added to the country code as well (for example, 82 0XX-XXX-XXXX or 82-0XX-XXXX-XXXX ).
Mobile Phone Number
For mobile numbers, 01X-XXX-XXXX is usually used. With the third generation of mobile phones, most cell phone numbers start with 010 but there are still some people who continue using second generation, with numbers starting with 011, 016, 017, so on. Like landline landline numbers, the centerpiece of three-digit mobile numbers is extended to four digits (e.g., 01X-XXXX-XXXX ) due to the growing number of mobile users.

Business Number
If the area code starts with 070, the number does not belong to a specific area, and is the number provided by the Internet phone service. In this case, 070 is not usually inserted into brackets, not () or not.
In a business context, numbers in the format of 15XX-XXXX and 16XX-XXXX without any area code are representative of a business agent or customer service. While numbers starting with 080 (for example, 080-XXX-XXXX ) are also business-related numbers but are typically a toll-free customer service center. Also in this case, 15XX, 16XX or 070 are not inserted in parentheses, not () or).
National Service Number
There is a national telephone service that has a phone number in the format of 1XX or 1XXX , without any area code. For example, 114 for yellow phone pages, 119 for emergency/fire numbers, 112 for police station centers, 131 for weather forecast information, 1333 for traffic information, and so on. One interesting number is 111 which is intended to report spies primarily from North Korea. It used to be 113, so most senior citizens still believe it is the amount to report the spy. Alternate Number
If there are multiple numbers used for one person/entity, the symbol "~" is usually used to avoid repetition. For example, if one company has three phone numbers - 031-111-1111, 031-111-1112 and 031-111-1113 - then they are abbreviated as in 031-111-1111 ~ 3 .
If the numbers are not consecutive, then the last digit is written together with a comma. For example, if the company has three numbers - 031-111-1111, 031-111-1115, 031-111-1119, then they are abbreviated as in 031-111-1111, 5, 9 .
Turkish
In Turkey the format for phone numbers is generally seen as AA AA AA 0BBB. While the home phone numbers have AAA AA AA AA AA prefix, AA AA AA 03BB, or 04BB AAA AA AA mobile phone number has a AAA AA AA AA prefix. The land area code is separated by the city and only one city, Istanbul, has two area codes: 216 for the Asian side, and 212 for the European side. But the mobile number is separated by the operator. There are three mobile operators in Turkey: Vodafone TR, Turkcell and Turk Telekom. Turkcell has a AAA AA AA 053B prefix, Vodafone TR has 054B AAA AA AA, and Turk Telekom has 055B AAA AA AA prefix.
Since November 9, 2008, with the passage of Rule Number Carriability by ICTA, mobile numbers can be brought from one mobile carrier to another, without having to change the prefix. This causes a 05BB call to call another number on the same carrier to be mandatory. Calls to numbers brought to another carrier are marked with a unique voice during a call, to indicate that the recipient is on another network and warn them against possible undesirable interconnection charges. The same rule was adopted on September 10, 2009 on landline numbers, without the requirement to contact the prefix among numbers with the same geographic area, sharing the same prefix.
"0" in each prefix is ​​the Code Exit Code code that should be dialed when a number with different area code is invoked. So when calling from outside Turkey, the number 0 is not called. Ten-digit non-geographic numbers starting with 1 are written 1X0Y BBB BBB, where X is 8 for toll free number, 3 for fixed fee number and 9 for premium service. Six digit non-geographic numbers written 13 BB BB or 13B BBB; this is a fixed fee number. Seven digits 180 BBBB numbers also exist. 'B is sometimes written as a letter.
New Zealand
Almost all New Zealand phone numbers are seven digits long, with a single digit passcode and a one-digit area code for domestic long-distance calls. Traditionally, numbers are given as (0A) BBB-BBBB , with the first two digits (STD code) often ignored for local calls. Brackets and dashboards are also often ignored. The phone number follows the same format, but with the area code into two digits, ie (02M) BBB-BBBB . Central America
Some Central American countries write country codes for their own countries and other Central American countries in parentheses, rather than using marks, as recommended by E.123. For example, for a number in Costa Rica they would write (506) 2222-2222 instead of 506 2222-2222. On the other hand, Guatemala does have a habit of using marks. It is common for Central American businesses to write entire phone numbers, including country code in parentheses, on business cards, signs, stationery, etc.
Costa Rica
Costa Rica's phone number is 8 digits long, and is usually written in the 2NNN-NNNN format (for home phones), 8NNN-NNNN (for mobile phone numbers from ICE local telephone company) , 6NNN-NNNN (for mobile phone numbers from Movistar) and 7NNN-NNNN (for phone numbers from Claro). The toll-free number uses the 800-NNN-NNNN format and the premium rate phone number written 90x-NNN-NNNN where x varies according to the type of service which is offered. There are also "short numbers" for emergencies such as 911 .
When Costa Rica switched from 7 to 8 digit numbers, it used a scheme similar to the existing 8-digit scheme scheme in El Salvador at that time.
El Salvador
El Salvador phone number is 8 digits long, usually written in the format 2NNN-NNNN (for land use) and 7NNN-NNNN (for mobile phone numbers). Premium rate starts with 9.
Guatemala
The Guatemalan phone number is 8 digits long and is written in the format of 2NNN-NNNN for telephone connections in Guatemala City, 6NNN-NNNN for landlines for municipalities in the Guatemalan Department, and < i> 7NNN-NNNN for telephone connections in Rural Guatemala/other countries. Area code
The area code can have 3, 4 or 5 digits, the first is always 0 (indication of long distance call). Custom numbers
Two types of special numbers exist in Argentina. On the one hand, a three-digit number is used for special services such as calling the police, fire department or emergency doctor, as well as hearing the official time. Peru
