Element Capital Management LLC is an American hedge fund founded in 2005 by Jeffrey Talpins. The firm was founded in February 2007.

The hedge fund saw a 4% gain in November 2016 as a result of Donald Trump winning the election. In 2017, the hedge fund purchased new shares in Cypress Semiconductor Corporation worth $9,495,000. In March 2017, the firm raised $2 billion in two weeks, bringing the total asset under management to $12 billion. In 2017, Element Capital increased its stake in Block H & R Inc (HRB) by 122.75%. In January 2018, the firm increased by 10% in stocks.
